IF YOU RENAME OR RESIZE ANY PHOTOS, IT MAY CAUSE ISSUES IN THE PROCESS
1. HOW TO SHOW US YOUR SELECTED PHOTOS
Click on each of the option for the instruction
Click on the ‘heart’ icon on your Online Gallery link, We can see all of your selected photos from our end.
- Creat a new folder, put all 100 selected photos on this folder and name is as YOURNAME_PARTNER_SELECTED_PHOTOS
- Upload the folder to Google Drive or Dropbox, and then share the link with us via email at hello@meophotovideo.com.au”.
*Please DO NOT rename all the photos and keep it as original names.
*You don’t need to worry about the order; we can arrange the files in the same order as your wedding day when designing the layout.
Please send a USB to 1/55 Errol St, North Melbourne, VIC 3051, and inform us before you send it out.
2. to pick the album cover
Please go to www.meowedding.com/albums
3. MAKING LAYOUT
We may need up to 10 days to make your layout, after this, we will send the layout to you once again to confirm. You can also re-order the position of all photos at this step, in some cases, you also can ask us to crop out or re-do the photo as well. The final version of the layout always confirmed by you before we send then out to the printing company.
IMPORTANT:
NEVER FORGET TO BACKUP YOUR PHOTOS & VIDEOS
We have had many questions recently that customers had lost their USB or photos/videos because they just put in the USB or did not back up elsewhere. So that means,
You should backup the soft copy of your wedding photo/video to another Hard Drive/USB or Online storage. Do not leave your important files in just one place.
The life expectancy of a USB or Hard Drive can be 1-2 years. If you are having a Hard Drive/USB for more than that, you are just lucky.
Because It is digital, sometimes, some portions of the memory may not function properly, leading to loss of data and corruption.
As in the contracts, We are only stocking your video/photos in 60 days after you received your latest final version of the photo & video then we will remove it from our system.
