1. How long have you been shooting weddings?

We have been capturing weddings since December 2012 and engaging in commercial photography since 2010.


2. Can I customise a package to fit my needs?

We offer customer packages to meet requirements; however, our packages start from a minimum of 4 hours.


3. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?

Travel fee will be charged if the location is further than 1 hour driving from Melbourne CBD

No travel fee surcharge to Yarra Valley, Dandenong Ranges, Warrandyte.


4. How much of a deposit do you require? When is it due?

A deposit of 30% will be necessary, and the remaining 70% will be due two weeks before the wedding during our final schedule run-through meeting.


  4a. Can I have deposit refund if I cancel my weddings?

The deposit serves to secure the date exclusively for your booking and to decline any other inquiries, preventing potential loss of future customers. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable regardless of the reason.

   4b. Why am I required to pay 70% before the wedding when I haven’t received anything yet?

Full payment is required upfront due to the unique nature of the wedding industry, where each production is tailored exclusively to one client. This approach helps prevent last-minute changes and ensures that our team and equipment are prepared well in advance of the wedding day. Making the full payment signifies our commitment to delivering a high-quality production on time. We’re confident in our services, given our Australian registration and physical office location at 57 Errol Street, North Melbourne


5. Will a contract of the services be provided? If so, can I get a copy?

Certainly, we will draft a contract for your signature. This contract will encompass all the specifics of the package, along with the associated terms and conditions.. 


6. Have you worked at our venue before?

Yes would be a plus point but No is no a negative point. Photographers’ confidence stems from their extensive experience, thorough planning, adaptability, equipment familiarity, and creative skills. They can quickly assess and excel in any venue, relying on their expertise to capture exceptional photos without the need to work at the location beforehand.


7. How far in advance do I need to book with you?

We recommend securing your date as soon as you’re ready, as weekends fill up quickly and waiting could risk losing your desired date.

8. What is the turnaround time?

9.ย Will we receive the high resolution digital images? Is there a fee for that?

There is no fee and you will receive the High resolution Images and NO-Watermark on Unedited & Edited version in the USB as well as the album (if your package included).

10.ย Do I need 2 photographers? Can I reduce to just 1 videographer?

Most of our productions are covered by a single photographer. However, a second photographer may be required in situations where the two sides are geographically distant (up to 1 hour driving) or if traditional wedding customs call for it.

Our team typically consists of 1 photographer and 2 videographers, with the former equipped with 2 cameras and the latter with 3-4 cameras and professional audio recorders. Due to the nature of videography work, we are unable to reduce the number of videographers in our team.

Please note that the following are our general time frames, which may vary depending on the unique aspects of your wedding. Please feel free to contact us if your wedding deviates from the standard Australian wedding.

– Groom’s preparation for photo/video (1 hour)

– Travel to the bride’s location time

– Bride’s preparation for photo/video (when we arrive, Bridal Party & Bride makeup and hair are almost complete. We will require only 5 minutes for makeup shots, after which we will take photos of the bride in a robe with dresses, getting changed, etc.)

– Travel to the wedding ceremony location time

– Set up time (30 minutes)

– Wedding ceremony duration

– Group/family photos (15-20 minutes)

– Bridal photoshoot (optional, can be done before or after the ceremony. Time required: 45 minutes to 1 hour for each location for the Bridal Photoshoot session.)

– Wedding party and MC’s program.

11. How many original photos will be taken by 1 photographer?

There will be 4000-8000 original photos and the number of the edited photos will be listed on your package.

12. Do you guys normally take candid shots or direct us how to pose?

90% of the Bride & Groom will need our help and directing them in the getting ready & bridal photoshoot session. We normally just tell you where to stand and find a nice and clear background and where is the best spot for the photography. But if you are confident and prefer without any directing, we are happy to do so. The rest of the day, the moments and happiness will be yours. So, enjoy and relax.ย ย

13. Can I choose the song/music background for my wedding highlight?

Yes you can, but as an expert, we are encouraging you to trust us to find the song that fits your wedding theme/stories.

14. Do you do Drone?

Yes we do Drone Videography. There will be $300 on top for this additional, but there will be T&C applied and following CASA rules.

16. What kind of equipment do you use? Do you have backups?

We are using sony A7siii, FX3, A1 for Videography

Sony A1 and Canon R5, R6 for Photography

We always backup in 3 different versions on 3 different computers until the project is confirmed to be done with you.

Albums & Prints

17. How many pages or prints are included. How much is the additional cost for extra pages?

  • 50 pages included in the package and it can fit in 100 photos for the Album.
  • $150 extra for 10 more pages.

18. Can I pick the photos for my album?

Yes you absolutely can, thatโ€™s your big day. After you send us the photo selection list, then we will make the album layout, we will send it to you once again to confirm before we send it out to the printing company.

19. What is the ordering process, and how long after I order my photos/album will I get them?ย 

2-3 weeks after the confirmation of the layout.

20. Is there any extra cost for different album covers?

No extra cost for any of the album covers that we are displaying on our website or studio.
